Wow, you are a big family. Can you tell us your ages?
Lara – 8 years old,
Bia – 6 years old,
Kika – 1 year and 10 months
Carrourinha – 3 months
How did you all arrive in this family, do you still remember?
We were all adopted, except Bia. Lara from an unexpected litter. Kika was rescued from the streets and Cenourinha’s mother was abandoned and was run over.
What was the first feeling when you met the other pack members, especially the hoomans?
All reacted well!
Many hoomans believe that cats and dogs cannot be friends, what is your opinion?
A totally wrong idea. Although there are exceptions.
Do your names have special meanings?
No.
What is your favourite place at home?
Where the human is.
And who of you is the alpha at home?
Lara.
Do you share the same bed?
Sometimes.
What foods do you eat and do you share everything?
We all eat natural food. But we don’t share, we all have our own bowl.
If you could ask Cooka for one favourite meal, what would you wish for?
Meal with beef or venison.
Do you ever imagine your mom and dad as a cat or dog? If yes, what kind of cat or dog would they be?
No, but the mother would be a Rottweiler, to defend us. A cat maybe a Maincoon.
Do you ever find hoomans strange?
No.
And what you like most about hoomans?
The attention they give us.

Lara – mom’s guard
Bia – food taster
Kika – hunter
Cenourinha – climber
If you could take your pack on a Holiday right now, where would you go?
Mountain

Mother, food and water.
Are you afraid of vacuum cleaners?
Just Bia.
Do you ever get jealous of each other?
No.
Can you describe mommy and daddy in few simple words?
Love.

Lara – protective, brave and smartest
Bia – gluttonous, spoiled and fragile
Kika – brave, affectionate and fast
Cenourinha – loving, playful and adorable.

What is the most challenging part about being a dog & cat pawrent?
The most challenging thing is to divide the time for everyone equally.
Is it difficult to be pawrenting such big pack?
Sometimes.
Do the kids always get on, or there are fights?
Sometimes yes, but it goes by quickly and they resolve themselves.
Are the kids allowed in bed?
Yes.
What is the most funny thing about your pack?
Zoomies.
Are you planning on growing the pack?
No.
What would be your advice when having dogs and cats at home?
A proper and gradual introduction.
What is the biggest reward for being a pat pawrent?
Unconditional love.
What is the biggest difference you see in your cat and in your dogs?
The biggest difference between cats and dogs is that dogs are more effusive and social with strangers.
